How it works
From your catalogue to a delivered overseas order
Seven steps, and only three of them need anything from you. Here is exactly who does what, so there are no surprises after your first consignment leaves the gate.
Step 1
Send us your catalogue
Your part
Share your product list, photos, pack sizes and ex-factory prices on WhatsApp or email.
We acknowledge the same working day and confirm what extra detail we need — usually pack weights and shelf life.
Our part
Step 2
Get a demand read
Your part
Tell us your monthly capacity and your minimum viable order size.
We tell you which items have credible overseas demand, which will not move, and what landed price they need to achieve.
Our part
Step 3
Language and currency are localised
Your part
Approve the shelf price and confirm your brand name and packaging.
We adapt the listing for the destination language, calculate viable local-currency pricing from landed cost, and publish it under your brand.
Our part
Step 4
Ship a trial consignment
Your part
Deliver a small first lot to our consolidation network in India.
We mark and weigh cartons, prepare export documents with you and combine your lot into a shared load.
Our part
Step 5
Clearance and overseas storage
Your part
Nothing. Your side of the work is finished.
We handle the port leg into Ashdod, customs, duty and VAT at import, inbound inspection and putaway into local storage.
Our part
Step 6
Orders picked and delivered
Your part
Watch the sell-through report and plan your next production run.
Pick, pack and dispatch on local courier networks, coordinate local-language buyer support, and handle returns and inspection.
Our part
Step 7
You get paid in INR
Your part
Reconcile the statement and confirm your restock quantities.
Pay to your Indian bank account against an order-level statement showing commission and fulfilment cost separately.
Our part
Roughly how long each stage takes
